The SP-168 has stayed popular since the brand's early days. Soft cowhide, built for the comfort Spingle is known for, sits over a footbed and outsole that carry the walk. The side line is the one accent that finishes an outfit.

The thin round laces are part of it, sharper than a flat lace. Even with the side line, it never tips too casual. The line stays clean.

We have built shoes in Fuchu City, Hiroshima since 1933, adjusting the last and pattern to fit the Japanese foot. The wave sole cushions, flexes, and lasts, and it can be repaired. A serious pair you'll still reach for every day. That is what comes of making it by hand ourselves in Fuchu.
